Job summary

Elite Headhunting Incorporated is seeking a Restaurant Server to warmly welcome guests, present menus, and take orders with accuracy. You will deliver attentive service from seating to completion of meals in a busy dining environment.

The ideal candidate has 1 year of server experience and is confident in communicating with guests while maintaining high service standards. This on-site role expects availability for shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience as a Restaurant Server, Waiter/Waitress, or similar role.
• Experience in casual dining, cafés, hotels, or full-service restaurants preferred.
• Confident and courteous when communicating with guests.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist guests in a warm and professional manner.
• Present menus and confidently answer questions about food and beverages.
• Take and accurately relay food and beverage orders.
• Provide attentive table service from seating until completion of the guest's meal.
• Ensure food and beverage orders are served accurately and promptly.
• Coordinate closely with the kitchen and other restaurant staff.
• Check on guests and respond appropriately to their requests.
• Handle guest concerns professionally and elevate issues when needed.
• Maintain clean, organized, and properly set dining areas.
• Follow restaurant service, food safety, and sanitation standards.
• Assist with opening, closing, and other restaurant operations as assigned.
