Hiring
A waiter (or server) in a restaurant is responsible for providing excellent customer service, ensuring that guests have a positive dining experience. They are the main point of contact between the kitchen and the customers, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and addressing any customer needs or concerns.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers, present menus, and make recommendations based on customer preferences.
- Take food and drink orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen or bar.
Serving Food & Beverages
- Deliver food and drinks to tables in a timely manner.
- Ensure that dishes are served at the correct temperature and with appropriate condiments or garnishes.
Customer Service
- Provide a welcoming atmosphere, ensuring that guests are satisfied with their meals and service.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, or special requests professionally and promptly.
Qualifications
- With valid original barangay and police clearance.
- Good customer service skills is an edge.
- Detail‑oriented and good with customers.
- All genders are welcome.
- Trustworthy and with a pleasing personality.
- 18 years old and above.
- High School Graduate, ALS, Senior/Junior High or higher.
- Experience is a plus; otherwise willingness to be trained.
- Can work shifting schedule, flexible hours including weekends or holidays.
- Physically fit.
