Job summary

The Vision Group Food Ventures Inc. is seeking a capable Restaurant Manager to supervise daily restaurant operations, lead FOH and BOH teams, and ensure smooth, high‑quality service for all guests.

You will conduct pre‑shift briefings, train and coach staff, coordinate with the Kitchen Team, manage reservations, monitor guest satisfaction, and uphold food safety, sanitation, and safety standards while achieving sales targets.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising restaurant operations
• Strong leadership and staff management
• Knowledge of Chinese restaurant service standards and table setup

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth service.
• Lead and monitor FOH staff and BOH.
• Conduct pre-shift briefings and assign staff duties and sections.
• Ensure proper opening, closing, and daily operating procedures.
• Monitor order accuracy, food presentation, service timing, and guest satisfaction.
• Handle guest concerns, VIPs, and special occasions professionally.
• Manage reservations, table assignments, large groups, and private functions.
• Monitor FOH supplies, equipment, breakages, wastage, and shortages.
• Prepare shift, incident, and other required operational reports.
• Assist the Restaurant Manager in achieving sales and operational targets.
