Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Set up banquet tables, chairs, linens, silverware, and glassware according to function sheets; dismantle and clean after events.
• Serve plated meals, buffet items, and beverages quickly and courteously.
• Greet guests, answer questions about menu offerings, and fulfill special dietary requests.
• Clear used dishware, restock supplies, and maintain neatness throughout the function.
• Work closely with the kitchen, banquet captain, and service team to ensure smooth event execution.
