Job summary

Cevio Hotel Corporation seeks an experienced F&B Manager to lead the pre-opening and launch of dining operations in Tacloban. You will oversee all outlets, banquets, and room service, driving readiness, revenue, and service excellence from the ground up.

The role requires strong leadership, expertise in menu costing, multi-outlet management, and P&L oversight, with hotel experience preferred. Availability to relocate to Tacloban and start ASAP is essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years as F&B Manager or Assistant F&B Manager (hotel experience preferred).
• Strong background in multi-outlet management, banquets, menu costing, and P&L.
• Proven leadership, guest relations, and team-building skills.
• Must be available to start ASAP and relocate to or reside in Tacloban.

Responsibilities

• Lead pre-opening F&B setup, OS&E procurement, floor layouts, and SOP creation.
• Work with culinary teams on menu engineering, pricing, costing, and promotions.
• Recruit, train, and lead F&B staff to deliver high service standards.
• Manage department P&L, budgets, inventory controls, and sales targets.
• Maintain strict adherence to health, safety, and hygiene standards.
