iKitchen Inc. is seeking a Restaurant Manager in Pangasinan to lead daily operations across FOH and BOH, oversee guest experience, and drive sales and profitability. You will manage staffing, training, compliance, and QA while upholding health and safety standards.

You will partner with departments to implement marketing initiatives, control costs, and coach a team toward high performance, ensuring consistent, high-quality service and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality or related field is required.
• 5+ years in a managerial role within casual dining.
• RMDP and other certifications required by Operations Team.

Responsabilités

• Achieve target sales and profitability for the restaurant.
• Prepare and analyze P&L statements, identifying variances and opportunities to improve sales.
• Hit labor and food cost targets set by management and assist with budgeting.
• Manage store resources and monitor costs to maximize efficiency.
• Maintain compliance with health and safety policies and government requirements.
• Lead operations to promote customer loyalty and achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.
• Coach and mentor ARMs, Shift Managers, and Restaurant Partners to uphold standards.
• Oversee inventory, sanitation, and equipment maintenance; ensure quality service.
