The Moment Group in Ilocos Norte is seeking a kitchen professional to oversee culinary operations and cost management. The role focuses on supervising food prep to ensure recipes are followed, while maintaining consistent portioning and minimizing waste.

You will ensure sanitation, store food correctly, perform inventory counts, and train staff on plating techniques and prep tasks, coordinating lines during peak hours for smooth front- and back-of-house communication.

Responsabilités

• Knowledgeable in Profit and Loss report particularly food costing and basic Microsoft Excel formulas.
• Supervise food prep and cooking to ensure recipes are followed accurately.
• Monitor portion sizes to maintain consistency and minimize waste.
• Maintain sanitation and safety standards throughout the kitchen area during the shift
• Store food products in strict compliance with safety practices (e.g., FIFO, temperature logs).
• Conduct inventory counts for food supplies and kitchen equipment as directed.
• Train kitchen staff on specific prep work and food plating techniques.
• Coordinate the line during peak hours to ensure smooth communication between the front and back of house.
