You will supervise, coach, and inspire a team to deliver outstanding guest service while upholding Quality, Service, and Cleanliness. Responsibilities include monitoring inventory, scheduling training, and evaluating staff performance to ensure smooth operations and high retention.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel & Restaurant Management or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience as Restaurant Manager in a QSR setting.
• Strong leadership and team development skills.
• Knowledge of sales forecasting, cost control, and inventory management.
• Customer-focused mindset with high service standards.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Willing to work shifting schedules, weekends and holidays.
