TAPA KING INC in Pampanga is seeking a Restaurant Manager to oversee day-to-day branch operations, ensure excellent service, and drive sales and profitability while upholding health and safety standards. You will lead and develop staff, monitor inventory, prepare reports, and implement improvements.

A bachelor’s degree in hospitality or business is preferred, with at least two years in restaurant management, and willingness to be assigned in Parañaque City.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality/Business (preferred).
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in restaurant or food service management.
• Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of local health and safety compliance requirements.
• Willing to be assigned in Parañaque City.

Responsibilities

• Oversee overall restaurant operations and daily workflow.
