Job summary

cabalen group is seeking an experienced Branch Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations and drive sales in the Philippines. You will lead and develop teams, ensure exceptional customer service, and enforce SOPs while managing costs and compliance.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in a related field and 2–3 years of restaurant management experience, with strong leadership and organizational skills. Weekend/holiday availability may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Admin, HRM, or related field.
• 2+ years in restaurant management; Branch/Operations manager preferred.
• Strong leadership, customer service, and communication skills.
• Proven ability to hit sales and profitability targets.
• Knowledge of restaurant operations, cost control, and food safety.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations to ensure smooth service.
• Drive sales growth and achieve revenue and profitability targets.
• Monitor costs (food, labor, operating) to maximize profitability.
• Lead, coach, and develop restaurant staff for high performance.
• Ensure excellent customer service and resolve complaints promptly.
• Enforce SOPs, policies, and service standards.
• Monitor food quality, sanitation, and compliance with safety regs.
• Manage inventory, ordering, receiving, and stock control.
• Prepare operational, sales, and financial reports for management.
• Analyze sales trends and implement improvement plans.
• Coordinate with Kitchen, Finance, HR, Marketing, and Supply Chain teams.
