Job summary

TAPA KING INC is hiring a Restaurant Manager in Mexico, Pampanga. You will oversee branch operations, drive excellent customer service, manage staff, and ensure compliance with health and safety standards to meet sales and profitability targets.

The role requires strong leadership and communication, with a minimum of 2 years in restaurant management and a preference for aBachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field. Willing to be assigned in Parañaque City; on-site work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in restaurant or food service management.
• Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of local health and safety compliance requirements.
• Will be assigned in Parañaque City.

Responsibilities

• Oversee overall restaurant operations and daily workflow.
• Lead, supervise, and develop staff to meet performance standards.
• Maintain customer satisfaction by addressing concerns and delivering excellent service.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
• Monitor inventory levels and implement cost-control measures.
