Job summary

Nan Tian Group Ltd., Inc. is seeking a Restaurant Manager/Management Trainee to lead operations across assigned store locations in Manila. You will oversee service standards, food quality, cost control, and guest satisfaction while guiding teams to achieve business targets.

The role requires strategic oversight, data-driven decision making, and collaboration with HR, supply chain, and finance to optimize profitability and brand consistency across venues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field.
• 3–5 years managing restaurant chains or multi-unit operations; 1–3 years in a senior leadership role.
• Proficient in P&L, budgeting, and performance reporting; food and labor costing.
• Strong expertise in restaurant operations, cost control, supply chain, and customer service systems.
• Demonstrated leadership with communication, analytical, and strategic thinking skills.
• Familiarity with Philippine restaurant market, regulation, and consumer behavior is a plus.
• Willingness to travel periodically across assigned stores.

Responsibilities

• Analyze sales trends and costs; Initiate actions to protect margins and optimize returns.
• Oversee daily operations of assigned restaurant; ensure standardized, efficient execution.
• Set annual and quarterly targets including revenue growth and KPIs.
• Ensure consistent service standards, food quality, and brand experience.
• Lead, mentor, and evaluate operations teams with KPI frameworks.
• Oversee cost control across labor, food, utilities, and expenses.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Procurement, and Finance to optimize sourcing and inventory.
• Drive guest experience excellence and manage complaint resolution.
