Job summary

Chan Group Of Companies is seeking professional, trustworthy, customer-focused individuals to join as Management Trainees. This program prepares you for promotion to Assistant Restaurant Manager positions across its store locations such as Jollibee-Alangalang and Chowking Tacloban/Palo.

You will work with the store management team to support daily operations, strengthen leadership skills, and help achieve business goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any course (Hotel and Restaurant Management or Business-related course preferred).
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Experience in retail, food service, customer service or any customer-facing work is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Help implement and maintain FSC standards to achieve high operation audit ratings.
• Assist in overseeing day-to-day store operations and shift execution with high service quality.
• Support store team in delivering excellent customer service and resolving customer concerns promptly.
• Assist in implementing sales-building and promotional activities.
• Support manpower management including hiring, onboarding, scheduling, and team coordination.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, cost management, and store productivity.
• Perform administrative tasks such as report preparation, document organization, permit processing, and safety/health program implementation.
