Job summary

You will monitor attendance, training, food safety, and costs while coordinating with management to achieve sales targets and profitability. A one-month training may be conducted in Malolos, Bulacan as part of onboarding.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• 2–3 years of restaurant operations or supervisory experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and restaurant procedures.
• Ability to manage staff and handle customer concerns effectively.

• Supervise and lead restaurant staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
