Job summary

S&R Membership Shopping in the Philippines is seeking a Restaurant Operations Supervisor to oversee daily and monthly production planning, stock quality, and inventory control at the Zabarte branch. You will lead a team, coordinate with suppliers, and ensure food safety standards are consistently met.

The role requires 2–3 years of supervisory experience in restaurant or food service, with strong leadership and customer service skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or related field.
• 2–3 years of supervisory experience in restaurant or food service operations.
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of restaurant operations, inventory management, and food safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepares production plan on a daily and monthly basis.
• Prepares weekly orders for frozen and dry items.
• Ensures stocks are in good condition and of good quality.
• Checks sell by or expiration dates and quality of displayed products.
• Monitors actual inventory and compares ledger with stock counts.
• Monitors daily supply to maintain the target gross margin.
• Ensures proper usage of equipment by Food Service personnel.
