Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Food, Hotel and Restaurant Management or Administration or any business-related course.
• 3–4 years of leadership in a service-oriented industry such as retail, hotel, restaurant, or quick service restaurant.
• Demonstrates high customer management orientation with decisive actions to meet customer needs.
• People management capability in coaching, developing, and supervising a team.
• Knowledge of basic store operations, with ability to assess improvements, compliance to standards, sales and profitability.
