We’re looking for an Audit Specialist to help strengthen the accuracy, compliance, and internal controls of our business operations. You’ll work across different departments to review transactions and processes, identify potential risks, and provide management with findings that can help protect the company and improve how we operate.
Review and verify financial and operational documents such as expense reimbursements, cash advances, liquidations, petty cash, payroll, and purchase requests.
Conduct regular surprise cash counts and reconcile cash balances, receipts, and pending replenishments.
Review departmental processes and procedures to check compliance with established company policies.
Conduct special audits and investigations involving reported violations, fraud, or possible lapses.
Review and validate departmental KRA/KPI results on a regular basis.
Analyze records, transactions, and processes to identify discrepancies, risks, and areas for improvement.
Prepare clear audit findings, documentation, and reports for management.
Work closely with different departments to clarify findings and support appropriate corrective actions.
Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university, preferably in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
At least 1–2 years of related experience or training.
Knowledge of basic auditing and accounting principles.
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Highly detail-oriented and comfortable working with financial and operational information.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Experience in FMCG, Food Manufacturing, Food Industry, or related fields is a MUST
