Job summary

Bigtime Empire is seeking a Field Auditor to conduct scheduled and surprise audits across restaurant branches and commissaries, ensuring adherence to SOPs, food safety standards, cleanliness, and local health regulations.

You will monitor inventory, cash handling, and POS reconciliation; review staff performance and customer service; create audit forms; and prepare detailed reports with observations and recommendations for branch managers and head office. Travel to multiple sites is required.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • Previous auditing or operations experience in the food industry is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety, cleanliness, and health compliance standards.
  • Keen attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and travel frequently to multiple sites.
  • Good communication and report-writing skills.
  • Proficiency in using audit checklists, POS systems, and documentation tools.
  • Experience in audit form creation, editing, and process documentation.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and Google Workspace.
