Qualifications

• 5+ years of operational experience in high-volume, premium or lifestyle dining.
• 2–3 years in Restaurant Manager capacity.
• Proven cross-functional FOH/BOH leadership.
• Experience with restaurant management platforms and POS systems.
• Strong communication, crisis management, and financial acumen.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full restaurant operations during pre-service, high-volume service shifts, and post-service wrap-up.
• Maintain dominant floor presence during peak hours to ensure service pacing and guest engagement.
• Partner with kitchen leadership to streamline cross-department communication between service and kitchen teams.
• Drive sales targets and manage budgets, labor costs, and overhead.
• Analyze sales trends and scheduling to optimize profitability and guest experience.
• Oversee cash handling, till audits, billing accuracy, and POS reporting.
• Recruit, onboard, mentor frontline staff and management team.
• Enforce safety protocols, grooming standards, and attendance guidelines.
• Design, implement, and refine SOPs; oversee inventory control and procurement.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, health codes, sanitation, and food safety.
