Tatatito is opening its newest store in Addition Hills, San Juan City, offering elevated Filipino comfort food in an upscale casual dining setting. You will oversee the daily operations of the restaurant to ensure exceptional guest experiences and operational excellence.

The role leads a diverse team, drives sales and profitability, ensures food safety and service standards, and fosters a collaborative work environment that reflects a commitment to quality service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 2–3 years of supervisory or management experience in a casual dining restaurant.
• Strong leadership, communication, interpersonal, and team management skills.
• Customer service-oriented with excellent problem-solving and decision-making ability.
• Knowledgeable in restaurant operations, inventory management, sales performance, and staff supervision.
• Willing to work on weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant to ensure exceptional guest experiences and operational excellence.
• Drive the store in achieving sales, profitability, and operational performance targets.
• Lead, coach, and supervise front-of-house and back-of-house teams while ensuring compliance with company standards and operating procedures.
• Implement initiatives to improve customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and employee productivity.
• Prepare employee schedules, delegate daily tasks, and monitor team performance.
