Job summary

Amici and Caramia Careers is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead the guest experience at Ayala Malls Feliz. You will supervise the store team, uphold exceptional service standards, and drive a culture of energetic teamwork and high performance.

You will recruit and train staff, manage budgets and sales reports, ensure cleanliness and safety, and coordinate with HR on staffing needs. Weekend and holiday shifts are required, with strong leadership and communication skills expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in any business-related course.
• Minimum of three (3) years of related experience, specifically in casual and/or fine dining as Restaurant Manager.
• Must have a highly energetic, enthusiastic and vibrant personality.
• Exceptional customer service, leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work during weekends and/or holidays.
• Proficient in MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
• Familiar with utilizing a cash register or POS System.
• Willing to be assigned at Ayala Malls Feliz.

Responsibilities

• Manages the guests’ dining experience by ensuring that the Store Team consistently applies exceptional Guest Service Standards.
• Develops and motivates the Store Team to deliver excellent service and a superior customer experience.
• Leads by example to uphold a culture of vibrant, energetic team dynamics.
• Optimizes team productivity through training, coaching, counselling and mentoring.
• Develops marketing strategies to attain sales targets.
• Prepares budgets and sales operation’s reports.
• Ensures the store and kitchen facilities are clean and well-maintained.
• Ensures equipment is kept clean and in excellent condition.
• Ensures proper receipt of products in terms of quality and quantity.
• Collaborates with HR to address manpower requirements and employee concerns.
• Ensures compliance with safety and sanitation regulations.
• Performs other tasks as assigned.
