Job summary

The ideal candidate has a background in hospitality or food service, 1–2 years in a supervisory role, and proficiency with inventory control and Microsoft Excel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is an advantage.
• At least 1–2 years of experience as a Supervisor or Team Leader.
• Experience in food service/hospitality preferred.
• Experience with basic inventory management and Excel proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead restaurant operations during shifts.
• Ensure excellent customer service and resolve guest concerns.
• Monitor staff performance, attendance, and policy compliance.
• Assist in scheduling, coaching, and motivating team members.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment.
• Prepare and maintain basic inventory and operational reports.
• Ensure cleanliness, food safety, and sanitation standards.
• Coordinate with Restaurant Manager to achieve sales and goals.
