About the Role

As a Restaurant Manager/Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will:

• Lead day‑to‑day restaurant operations and ensure smooth service flow.
• Motivate and train staff to uphold Ling Nam's high standards.
• Drive sales performance and oversee cost controls.
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, and cleanliness guidelines.
• Ensure every guest enjoys the signature Ling Nam experience.

Qualifications
