We are hiring Restaurant Managers and Assistant Restaurant Managers at Fruitas Holdings, Inc. (House of Fruitas) who will lead our teams in delivering excellent service, maintaining high-quality food standards, and creating memorable dining experiences for our guests. Successful candidates may be assigned to our branch in Zamboanga City.

About the Role

• Lead day-to-day restaurant operations and ensure smooth service flow.
• Motivate and train staff to uphold Ling Nam's high standards.
• Drive sales performance and oversee cost controls.
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, and cleanliness guidelines.
• Ensure every guest enjoys the signature Ling Nam experience.

Qualifications

• Have proven experience in the food and restaurant industry.

• Be willing to be assigned to our locations in Makati, QC, San Juan, or Manila.
