Vikings Group of Companies in Pasacao, Philippines seeks a Restaurant Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations, drive guest satisfaction, uphold food quality, cleanliness and profitability, and ensure compliance with company policies.

You will lead, coach and develop restaurant staff in a fast-paced environment, manage inventory and food safety, and monitor P&L. Weekend and holiday shifts are required, with an immediate start preferred.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
• 2–3 years of proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar managerial role within hospitality/food service.
• Strong leadership, coaching and people-management skills.
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with a customer-focused mindset.
• Knowledge of restaurant operations, inventory management, food safety, and P&L management.
• Ability to resolve guest concerns and operational issues effectively.
• Willing to work on-site and on flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
• Immediate availability.

Role Summary

As a Restaurant Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction, operational excellence, and team performance. You will lead, coach, and develop restaurant staff while maintaining the highest standards in food quality, service, cleanliness, profitability, and compliance with company policies. This role requires a hands‑on leader who thrives in a fast‑paced restaurant environment.

Qualifications

• At least 2–3 years of proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar managerial role within the hospitality or food service industry.


• Strong leadership, coaching, and people management skills.
