Job summary

Filinvest Group's hospitality arm seeks a Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations, ensure exceptional guest experiences, and drive outlet revenue in a Spanish-themed dining setting aligned with Filinvest Hospitality standards.

You will oversee service flow, train the F&B team, coordinate with culinary, handle guest feedback, and maintain safety and quality while fostering a warm, collaborative environment for staff and guests.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3–5 years in restaurant or hotel operations, with 1–2 years in supervisory role.
• Strong leadership and ability to develop staff.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with guest focus.
• Proven ability to manage operations, drive sales, and meet financial targets.
• Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and health regulations.
• Flexible and able to work weekends and holidays.
