Role Description

The Restaurant Manager is a full-time, on-site role based at Camaya Coast in Bataan. This role oversees daily restaurant operations, including supervising staff, managing schedules, and ensuring consistent, high-quality food and beverage service. The Restaurant Manager monitors customer satisfaction, handles guest feedback, and implements service standards that align with the resort's brand and hospitality goals. Responsibilities include managing inventory, coordinating with kitchen and bar teams, maintaining cleanliness and safety standards, and supporting promotions or special events. The role also involves hiring, training, and coaching team members, optimizing workflows, and collaborating with resort management to drive revenue and maintain an excellent guest experience.

Qualifications

• Strong focus on Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service, with the ability to resolve issues and enhance guest experiences.
• Demonstrated Communication skills for effective interaction with guests, staff, and cross-functional resort teams.
• Experience in Hiring, training, and supervising restaurant staff to maintain service standards and team performance.
• Knowledge of Food & Beverage operations, including menu understanding, service procedures, and basic cost control.
• Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a supervisory role within hospitality or food service.
• Ability to work on-site in Bataan, including weekends and holidays as business requires.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and operational efficiency.
• Basic proficiency in point-of-sale systems and restaurant management tools; familiarity with health and safety regulations.
• Preferably holds a degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
