Qualifications

• 3–5 years of solid restaurant operations experience
• Experience as Restaurant Supervisor or similar leadership role
• Experience supervising FOH/BOH personnel
• Strong knowledge of restaurant operations
• Experience in staff scheduling and manpower deployment
• Knowledge of restaurant POS procedures
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
• Strong customer service, communication and interpersonal skills
• Willing to work shifting schedules, weekends and holidays

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily restaurant operations from opening to closing
• Ensure restaurant readiness before opening
• Monitor service flow, order completion, table turnover, and overall restaurant conditions
• Ensure policies, procedures, and service standards are followed
• Supervise Waiters, Bartenders, Line Cooks and other staff
• Prepare or assist with staff scheduling
• Monitor attendance, tardiness, absences, breaks and deployment
• Conduct pre-shift briefings and communicate reservations and promotions
• Monitor guest experience and handle concerns professionally
• Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
