Noodle Temple is seeking an experienced Waiter/Service Staff to deliver warm, attentive service in a fast-paced dining environment in Metro Manila. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in restaurant service, solid menu knowledge, and strong communication skills.

You will work closely with kitchen and bar teams, handle orders via POS, and ensure guests feel welcomed and well attended to throughout their dining experience.

Formación

• At least 3–5 years of relevant experience as a Waiter/Server/Service Crew or similar.
• Preferably from a reputable casual or high-volume dining environment such as hotels or premium casual venues.
• Strong experience in table service and order taking.
• Experience using restaurant POS systems.
• Good menu and product knowledge.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
• Attentive, organized and detail-oriented.
• Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Physically capable of standing and moving for extended periods.

Responsabilidades

• Welcome and assist guests throughout their dining experience.
• Provide attentive and professional table service.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders.
• Encode and process orders using the POS system.
• Maintain strong knowledge of menu items, ingredients, promotions, and available products.
• Explain menu items and provide recommendations when needed.
• Communicate guest requests, food modifications, and special instructions accurately.
• Coordinate closely with the kitchen, bar, cashier, and fellow service staff.
• Monitor orders and follow up on delays when necessary.
• Check on guests regularly and respond promptly to requests.
