Shaokaobbq is seeking a responsible and proactive Restaurant Branch Manager/Assistant Restaurant Branch Manager to lead daily operations in a fast-paced setting. You will supervise staff, uphold SOPs and food safety, and drive service quality across the branch.

The role requires strong leadership, effective communication, and hands-on supervision, with flexibility to work weekends and shifting schedules as needed to meet business goals.

Qualifikationen

• Graduate of Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related course is an advantage.
• Previous experience in restaurant operations or a supervisory role is preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of restaurant operations, POS systems, cash handling, and inventory management is an advantage.
• Ability to supervise employees, delegate tasks, and enforce company policies fairly.
• Willing to work on weekends, holidays, and shifting schedules as required.

Aufgaben

• Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth workflow
• Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and food safety standards
• Monitor food preparation, product quality, cleanliness, and customer service
• Supervise, lead, and motivate restaurant employees
• Monitor daily sales performance and work toward achieving sales targets
• Ensure proper cash handling, POS transactions, and sales reconciliation
• Monitor stock levels, inventory usage, and product availability
• Handle customer complaints and resolve concerns appropriately
• Prepare and submit daily sales and operational reports
• Take ownership of problems and implement solutions within the scope of assigned authority
