Zark's Food Ventures Corp. is seeking a Branch Manager to lead daily operations at a designated site. You will guide staff, optimize sales, and ensure top-tier service while maintaining rigorous kitchen standards and stock control.

The role requires at least two years in a single-branch setting, strong leadership and strict adherence to process. You will drive guest satisfaction and maintain safe, clean work conditions in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Qualifications

Candidate must be a college graduate of Business and Hospitality or equivalent.
At least two years of experience managing one branch/establishment.
Adept in duty and time scheduling of personnel.
Able to conduct proper and accurate inventories.
Knowledgeable in POS and computer-generated reporting.
Has analytical knowledge based on profits and losses report.

Responsabilités

Acts as the leader of the branch and responsible for attainment of branch targets and sales.
Ensures department goals are communicated, understood, and implemented in the branch.
Ensures proper kitchen standards are followed.
Manages day-to-day activities of staff and overall operations for timely service delivery.
Maintains effective control and high service standards by coordinating tasks and resources.
Ensures maximum guest satisfaction and handles complaints.
Maintains continuity among work teams by documenting actions and needs.
Forecasts proper orders and maintains sanitary kitchen conditions.
