Job summary

Vonwelt Nature Farm Inc. is seeking a Restaurant Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring excellent customer service, efficient workflow, and strict adherence to food safety standards.

You will supervise staff, manage inventory and costs, monitor quality and guest satisfaction, and collaborate with other resort departments to deliver a seamless dining experience. This role requires strong leadership, effective communication, and the flexibility to work weekends and holidays as

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2-3 years in a supervisory or managerial role in restaurant operations, preferably in hotel/resort.
• Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills.
• Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and health regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
• Ensure excellent customer service and promptly address guest concerns.
• Supervise and evaluate restaurant staff to maintain high performance.
• Prepare staff schedules and monitor attendance/discipline.
• Coordinate with Front Office, Housekeeping, Kitchen, and Events for seamless guest service.
• Ensure compliance with policies, food safety, sanitation, and health regulations.
• Monitor food/beverage quality, presentation, and service standards.
• Oversee inventory, purchasing, and stock control to minimize waste.
• Monitor sales and operating costs; recommend improvements.
• Coordinate with kitchen/other departments for efficient operations.
• Prepare operational reports and support management in achieving goals.
