Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Hospitality Management or a related field.
• 3–5 years of spa and wellness operations experience in luxury settings.
• Previous supervisory or managerial experience in spa or wellness teams.
• Strong knowledge of spa treatments, guest experience standards, and treatment protocols.
• Experience in spa revenue management, budgeting, inventory, and operational planning.
• Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Passion for luxury service and personalized guest care.

• Curate guest wellness journeys from pre-arrival to post-treatment.
