Job summary

Quest Hotel & Conference Center, Cebu (PROSPER) is seeking a proactive Duty Manager to join our resort leadership team. You will oversee daily operations across departments, ensuring guest satisfaction and maintaining high service standards while guiding staff during shifts.

You will handle guest relations, resolve complaints promptly, support budget and cost controls, and act as the primary point of contact during emergencies to keep operations safe and seamless for guests and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth functioning of all departments.
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure prompt and efficient service delivery.
• Monitor and maintain high standards of guest service, safety, and security.
• Address and resolve guest complaints and concerns promptly and effectively.
• Maintain a visible presence in the resort to interact with guests and staff.
• Ensure VIPs and returning guests receive personalized attention and service.
• Supervise and support staff across different departments during shifts.
• Conduct briefings and debriefings with staff to communicate daily operations and expectations.
• Assist in training and developing team members to enhance their skills and performance.
• Prepare and submit reports on operational performance and incidents.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards.
• Assist in budget management and cost control initiatives.
• Act as the primary point of contact during emergencies or critical incidents.
• Implement and oversee emergency procedures and ensure staff are trained and prepared.
