Job summary

CD NatureView in Silang, Cavite is seeking a Marketing Supervisor for resort operations and guest experience. You will develop strategies to boost occupancy and revenue, oversee social media, promotions, and events, and coordinate with travel agencies and corporate clients to generate bookings, including packages and seasonal campaigns.

The role also involves supervising daily operations, training staff, and maintaining high service standards to ensure guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years experience in marketing, hospitality, resort, or hotel operations, preferably supervisory.
