Job summary

CASINO ESPAÑOL DE CEBU, INC. is seeking a dynamic Sales & Marketing leader to develop and implement effective campaigns, promote events and services, and build strong partnerships with members and partners.

You will create engaging concepts for advertising, social media, and events while coordinating across departments to ensure flawless execution. The role requires a track record in hospitality or club marketing, leadership skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects with flexible hours

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Communications, or a related field.
• Experience in Sales and Marketing, preferably in hospitality or membership-club industry.
• Track record of achieving sales targets and delivering results.
• Goal-oriented with initiative to increase member engagement.
• Skilled in advertising, digital marketing, social media, promotions, and event marketing.
• Creative and innovative with engaging concepts for events and promotions.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Team player capable of collaboration with different departments.
• Customer-focused with understanding of guest/member relations.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects and events.
• Willing to work flexible hours, weekends, holidays, and special events.
