Job summary

Vista Mall Cebu is seeking a Leasing Specialist to source, screen, and negotiate with potential tenants, and to coordinate with operations and marketing to support tenant needs and promotions.

The successful candidate will handle lease documentation, renewals, and contract compliance, build strong tenant relationships, and monitor performance to meet occupancy targets. Weekend and holiday work may be required at Vista Mall Cebu for mall operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Real Estate, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in leasing, sales, or retail/property management.
• Willing to work weekends and holidays as mall operations require.
• Willing to be assigned at Vista Mall Cebu.
