Job summary

Guerilla Staffing Solutions is seeking a Residential Estimator to prepare accurate estimates, quantity takeoffs, and quotations for Australian residential projects. The role uses Buildertrend to manage costing, budgets, and variations while coordinating with builders, subcontractors, and suppliers for timely pricing.

Salary range PHP 60,000 – 70,000 with AU shift, onsite in Clark Freeport, Pampanga. Requires experience in residential construction estimating and proficiency in Excel.

Qualifications

• Experiences in residential construction estimating.
• Experience with Australian residential construction market is an advantage.
• Proven experience in preparing detailed quantity takeoffs and quotations.
• Buildertrend or similar estimating software experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed quantity takeoffs for materials, labour, fixtures, finishes and other construction needs.
• Create, manage, and update estimates and project budgets in Buildertrend.
• Review plans and specs to identify requirements, exclusions and cost risks.
• Prepare accurate residential construction estimates and quotations from drawings and specs.
• Maintain estimating records, cost databases, supplier pricing and historical data.
• Maintain confidentiality and accuracy when handling client information.
