Job summary

Guerilla Staffing Solutions is seeking a Residential Estimator to prepare accurate estimates, quantity takeoffs, and quotations for Australian residential projects. The role uses Buildertrend to manage costing, budgets, and variations while coordinating with builders, subcontractors, and suppliers for timely pricing.

Salary range PHP 60,000 – 70,000 with AU shift, onsite in Clark Freeport, Pampanga. Requires experience in residential construction estimating and proficiency in Excel.

• Maintain estimating records, cost databases, supplier pricing and historical data.
• Maintain confidentiality and accuracy when handling client information.

Job description

This role Residential Estimator will prepare accurate estimates, quantity takeoffs, and quotations for Australian residential projects. The role will use Builder trend to manage project costing, budgets, and variations while coordinating with builders, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure accurate and timely pricing.

Salary Range: PHP 60,000 – 70,000
Work Set-up (AU Shift): Work Onsite |6:00 AM - 3:00 PM PHT

Responsibilities:

• Perform detailed quantity takeoffs for materials, labour, fixtures, finishes, and other construction requirements.

• Create, manage, and update estimates and project budgets in Buildertrend.

• Review plans, drawings, and specifications to identify project requirements, discrepancies, exclusions, and potential cost risks.

• Prepare accurate and detailed residential construction estimates and quotations based on architectural drawings, plans, specifications, and scope of works.

• Maintain accurate estimating records, cost databases, supplier pricing, and historical project information.

• Maintain confidentiality and accuracy when handling client and project information.

Requirements:

• Experiences in residential construction estimating.

• Experience working with the Australian residential construction market is an advantage.

• Proven experience in preparing detailed quantity takeoffs, cost estimates, and construction quotations.

• Experience using Buildertrend is highly preferred, or similar estimating software.

• Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings, construction plans, specifications, and engineering documents.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other relevant estimating/construction software.

• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with an Australian-based team.
