Job summary

EcoFlow is seeking an experienced Technical Support Engineer for the Philippines to own end-to-end technical support for our residential energy storage solutions. You will be the local technical contact for customers, distributors, installers, and internal teams, guiding configurations, installations, and troubleshooting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems, Automation, Energy Engineering, or a related technical field.
• At least 2 years of technical support, after-sales, or field service experience in residential energy storage, solar PV, or inverter products.
• Good understanding of residential energy storage systems, solar PV systems, inverters, batteries, and basic electrical principles.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and proble；.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end technical support activities for the residential energy business in the Philippines, acting as the key local technical contact for customers, distributors, installers, and internal teams；
• Provide technical support for residential energy storage systems, including system configuration, installation guidance, troubleshooting, and after-sales support；
• Support and enable local distributors and installers through technical consultation, product guidance, and issue resolution；
• Prepare technical documents, training materials, and product presentations, and deliver remote or on-site technical training when needed；
• Work closely with the sales, product, and R&D teams to support customer projects, collect local market feedback, and drive continuous product and service improvement.
