We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer to provide after-sales technical support for energy storage products, including batteries, inverters, and related equipment. The role involves troubleshooting, product training, field technical support, and working closely with customers, distributors, and the sales team to ensure excellent service quality.
Provide remote and on-site technical support for customers, distributors, and internal teams.
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve product-related technical issues.
Conduct product installation support, commissioning, testing, and maintenance when required.
Deliver product and technical training to distributors, installers, and business partners.
Support the Sales Team during customer visits by providing technical presentations and product demonstrations.
Prepare technical documents, troubleshooting guides, reports, and service documentation.
Monitor product quality concerns and provide technical feedback to improve product performance.
Manage spare parts inventory and coordinate replacement or repair of defective products.
Handle warranty claims, repair activities, and returned products.
Maintain good relationships with customers by providing timely and professional technical support.
Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Technology, or a related technical field.
At least 3 years of experience in Technical Support, Field Service, After-Sales Support, or Service Engineering.
Experience in solar energy, energy storage systems (ESS), photovoltaic (PV), inverters, UPS, batteries, electrical equipment, or related industries is highly preferred.
Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills for electrical or electronic equipment.
Comfortable conducting product demonstrations and technical training.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Willing to travel frequently for customer site visits and technical support.
Proficient in English communication.
Registered Electrical Engineer (REE), Registered Master Electrician (RME), or TESDA certification is an advantage but not required.
