Job summary

D2b is seeking a Residential Concrete Estimator to manage end-to-end quoting for residential projects. You will prepare accurate estimates, review plans, and manage jobs in Build Paperless, leveraging AI takeoffs to create professional client quotations.

You will own the estimating function, enabling leadership to focus on project delivery and growth, while maintaining strong margins and timely quotes through a streamlined process.

Qualifications

• Experience estimating in construction, concreting, landscaping or residential building.
• Ability to interpret plans and project documentation.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Familiarity with software driven estimating systems.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate estimates and quotations for residential concrete projects.
• Review plans, specifications, and project requirements for new enquiries.
• Create and manage jobs within Build Paperless.
• Develop detailed cost estimates based on project scope and requirements.
• Ensure estimates align with company pricing structures and margins.
• Maintain consistency and accuracy across all quotations.
