Job summary

D2B is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor / Estimator to own pricing, cost planning, and tendering for a range of residential, landscaping, and renovation projects. Based in Metro Manila, you will align with NZ standards and pricing, and manage a steady stream of tenders in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience as an Estimator or Quantity Surveyor in residential/general building.
• Strong reading and interpretation of architectural/engineering drawings.
• Excellent English communication and ability to work with leadership and subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end tender processes for residential, landscaping, concrete, and renovation projects.
• Perform detailed material, labour, plant, and subcontractor take-offs from plans.
• Identify risks, scope gaps, exclusions, and value-engineering opportunities before submission.
• Build detailed budget breakdowns and margin evaluations for leadership review.
• Manage about five live tenders per week across varying project scales.
