The role focuses on AI takeoff workflow, pricing structures, and maintaining quote records to ensure timely client submissions. You will be the primary owner of estimating processes, collaborating with project teams as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience estimating in concreting, landscaping, or residential building projects.
• Experience with Build Paperless preferred.
• Ability to interpret plans and project documentation.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Comfortable working with software-driven estimating systems.
• Ability to manage multiple quotes independently.
