Job summary

Tavor Perry is seeking a meticulous Residential Appraisal Report Assistant to support the preparation of appraisal reports. You will enter subject, site, improvement, room, photo, contract, listing, and comparable sale data into appraisal software, organize supporting data, and build floor plan sketches from field measurements.

The ideal candidate is highly accurate, detail-oriented, and capable of handling confidential information with integrity, while maintaining organized, consistent report

Responsibilities

• Enter subject, site, improvement, room, photo, contract, listing, and comparable sale data into TOTAL by a la mode and DataMaster.
• Import and organize MLS and public record data.
• Identify missing or inconsistent information and flag it for review.
• Build floor plan sketches within the appraisal software using field measurements.
• Follow established templates and procedures precisely for every report.
• Maintain strict accuracy and confidentiality across all data and documents.
• Keep report files organized and consistent from one assignment to the next.

We're on the hunt for a meticulous Residential Appraisal Report Assistant to support the preparation of appraisal reports. This role involves entering property and comparable sale data into our appraisal software, organizing supporting data, and building floor plan sketches from field measurements. The ideal candidate is highly accurate, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling sensitive, confidential information.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enter subject, site, improvement, room, photo, contract, listing, and comparable sale data into TOTAL by a la mode and DataMaster
• Import and organize MLS and public record data
• Identify missing or inconsistent information and flag it for review
• Build floor plan sketches within the appraisal software using provided field measurements
• Follow established templates and procedures precisely for every report
• Maintain strict accuracy and confidentiality across all data and documents
• Keep report files organized and consistent from one assignment to the next

Mandatory Skills:

• Proven experience with TOTAL by a la mode and DataMaster
• Ability to build floor plan sketches in appraisal software from field measurements
• High accuracy and strong attention to detail
• Understanding of confidentiality requirements when handling sensitive property and client data
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
• Strong communication skills

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with the UAD 3.6 appraisal data format
• Prior experience supporting residential appraisal report preparation
• Comfortable researching and cross-checking MLS and public record data
• Ability to manage multiple report files simultaneously
