Cloudstaff Philippines Inc. is seeking a Resident Services Specialist to act as the front line of resident communications, handling administration, phone interactions, and special projects with integrity and empathy.

In this role you will coordinate with management and residents to build strong relationships and ensure smooth operations. You will maintain records, support move-outs and lease breaks, handle resident payments with Accounts Receivable, and drive customer satisfaction through

Responsibilities

• Act as the main communication channel between Management Teams and Residents, in written and verbal form.
• Assist in creation of legal documents and communications.
• Track and manage communications involving residents and property managers.
• Process and manage resident payments with guidance from Accounts Receivable.
• Oversee communications for move outs, lease breaks, and minor requests.
• Finalize relocation documentation with Management Teams.
• Support resident satisfaction by offering creative solutions within guidelines.
• Maintain records in internal databases and trackers.
• Complete any administrative tasks for assigned portfolio as directed by Management.
