Job summary

SM Supermalls is seeking a Resident Engineer to supervise the mall's equipment operations, ensuring reliable utilities for daily operations. This role involves coordinating planning and execution of repairs, maintenance, and replacements of MEPFS equipment and related systems.

You will ensure compliance with government and LGU standards and serve as the Pollution Control Officer for the mall, contributing leadership in facilities management and environmental practices at SM Fairview Towers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering with a Professional License.
• At least 3 years in Building/Facilities/Property Management and 2 years in environmental management.
• Preference for PCO designation.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the mall's equipment operations to ensure reliable utilities for the mall's operation.
• Plan and implement repairs, maintenance, and replacements of MEPFS equipment and related systems.
• Ensure compliance of the mall with government and LGU standards.
• Act as the assigned Pollution Control Officer for the mall.
