Job summary

SM Supermalls is seeking a facilities engineer responsible for supervising the mall's equipment operations, MEPFS systems, and utilities to ensure safe, compliant, and efficient mall operations in Cavite. You will coordinate with contractors and government agencies while upholding environmental and safety standards.

Primary duties include reviewing tenant MEPFS plans, implementing preventive maintenance, and acting as Pollution Control Officer, driving continuous learning and team development

Qualifications

• Supervise mall equipment operations and ensure safe, efficient facility operations.
• Plan and implement repairs, maintenance, and replacements of MEPFS equipment.
• Ensure mall compliance with government and LGU standards and act as Pollution Control Officer.

Responsibilities

• Oversee engineering operations and manage MEPFS systems, maintenance, and utilities.
• Review tenant MEPFS plans for adherence to design standards and support inspections for works.
• Act as Pollution Control Officer ensuring environmental permits and standards compliance.
• Implement preventive maintenance and safety measures and coordinate with contractors/government agencies.
• Promote training and mentorship for team development.
