Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering with Professional License.
• Experience in Building/Facilities/Property Management and environmental management.
• Preferably with designation as PCO.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the mall's equipment operations to support utilities for mall operations.
• Plan and implement repairs, maintenance, and replacements of MEPFS equipment and related systems.
• Ensure compliance with government agency and LGU standards.
• Serve as the assigned Pollution Control Officer for the mall.
