Job summary

SM Supermalls (Shopping Center Management Corporation) is seeking a facilities engineering professional to supervise the mall's equipment operations and ensure reliable utilities for daily operations. The role involves planning and coordinating repairs, maintenance, and replacements of MEPFS equipment and related systems to maintain safe, efficient operations.

You will lead electro-mechanical maintenance activities, provide project management support, and assist in meeting tenants' utility

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Professional License holder in the related field.
• Work experience in electro-mechanical maintenance and/or construction works in a supervisory capacity.
• Experience managing business facilities (high rise building operational equipment).

Responsibilities

• Supervise mall equipment operations to provide utilities for mall operation.
• Plan and implement repairs, maintenance, and replacements of MEPFS equipment and related systems.
• Provide direct planning and supervision for electro-mechanical engineering activities and project management.
• Support tenants' utility requirements and promote mall-wide regulations and policies.

About the role

Responsible for the supervision of the mall's equipment operations in order to provide the necessary utilities for the operation of the mall. Involves planning and implementation of repairs, maintenance, and replacements of MEPFS equipment and the related systems for the safe and efficient operations of the mall. Provides direct planning and supervision for engineering activities, which include electro-mechanical equipment operation and maintenance, and engineering project management. Supports tenant's utility requirements and the promotion and implementation of mall wide regulations and policies.

About you
